Bank of America Special Olympics Relay / World Games

 For the Unified Relay, the cross country tour lasted 2 months, starting in various location with a "Celebration Event" nearly every night. At each celebration event, fans were able to share why they passed the flame by providing a customized message in the video booth.

During the World Games activation, attendees were able to share a personalized message in the video booth, or create a custom message on their personal device ultimately being displayed on the LED Social Wall. Attendees were also able to create their own player cards that they were then able to share with our athletes or attendees.  At the circular desks, premiums were handed out to attendees. 

For the Unified Relay Across America, Social Booth was asked to build three separate tour activation's. Included in these activation's were:

  • 12' Branded Trailers

  • Customized Video Booths with Sharing Tablets

  • Custom backdrops

  • EZ-Up Tents

  • Custom TV Stands with Fabricated Torch (animated with moving flame)

 

For the World Games Activation, each of the two footprints consisted of:

  • 3 Video Booths

  • Customized Trading Card Stations

  • 7 foot Replica Olympic Torches

  • Circular Desks

  • LED Social Walls

  • SB Vending Machines

Bank of America, the official sponsor of the Unified Relay Across America and the Special Olympics World Summer Games, asked Social Booth to conceptualize, design, and build out a nationwide mobile tour and three activation footprints in an effort to maximize their Special Olympics sponsorship.
